  Expressed interest in a car, told it needed to be detailed before I could see it then told it's been sold despite me ringing back several times.Lie to customers and don't return calls. Will never get my business after this.

  Took my car in for a service and asked for windscreen washer to be fixed as it was low on pressure and leaking water from hose. Mechanic did service and said washer was fine. Got it home to find it still leaking. Went back next day and was rudely spoken to by the girl at the service desk. She said it was a capped service therefore they don't do extras, obviously I would have paid extra to have it fixed. She then tried to say I needed a new complete washer system. I ended up fixing it myself. Such a simple job that could not be fixed by a fully qualified mechanic. None of our cars are ever going back there.

  I asked for their help as my new Colorado (on a trip from Victoria & just arrived in Gympie), I was having transmission issues of great concern. They were great in listening, advising and documenting what they observed during a drive with me. Thank you guys.

  Excellent service, the team helped me when my engine overheated in Gympie, they were friendly and accommodating with unexpected problem on a busy day for them and even drove me to work so five stars!
